APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within less than 48 hours will incur a $25 fee.

LATE ARRIVAL:
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this time may require rescheduling.
 

INSTALLATION:

 REMINDER, payment must be received in full the time of installation prior to us getting started in the form of Cash Or CashApp

DEPOSITS:

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE including cancellations.

The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH OR CASH APP ONLY!

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250 is required for Dual Sisterlocks Installation and $150 for MicroLocs Installation. The full deposit will be applied toward your installation service.

REFUNDS:

Your Satisfaction is my first priority. Returns and refunds are limited to the following Situations.

Refund are not available on services. I do my best to manage expectations prior to rendering services. However if you find issues with the results of your service. Please let me know as soon as possible and allow me the opportunity to remedy the situation. If you have any concern regarding your service, you have 24 hours to report, or we will not be responsible.

PRICES FOR BRAIDS:

Prices are for shoulder- Mid Back Length. It will be an extra $20 for waist Length.

Hair Care:

Come to your appointment with your hair freshly wash and blow dried.

Your Hair must be 4 INCHES  or LONGER  for any services

TIMEFRAME

Do not plan an important event right after your appointment to avoid rushing.

Some styles may take longer on some clients than the other depending on the clients hair and other factors.

GUEST:

No extra guests due to limited space.
